The hourly prices for M2t are not listed as it is primarily a daily stay accommodation. You can contact them to see if hourly is available and they will tell you the price based on whether it’s week or weekend and the demand. The daily prices start from R400 so you can expect hourly to cost less than that if it is available.

Location

The location of M2T Guest House is at 10 Columbus St, Van Der Stel, Cape Town, 7130. It is centrally located in a very convenient location that has easy access to both the M153 and N2 highways. There are plenty of of shops near the lodge. Gantz Plaza is 1.2km away, which is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. This central location also makes the place very easy to get to if you are using public transport.

Amenities

M2T Guest house offers the same that you would expect of similar guest houses. There is free WiFi available and a communal TV in the common area.

Do not, though that the toilet at this property is communal and is located outside of the house. This is not unusual, though.

Keep in mind that the target market for this property is for those looking for the lowest price.

Overall, M2t guest house is a suitable destination for its target market. It is also the only guest house with hourly rooms in Strand so it gives people an option that wasn’t there before. The location of the guest house is very good as it is close to all key areas and easily accessible by public transport.

If you are near the township of Zola, then Les Guest house is an excellent option for you. It is more than a guest house with just rooms. It is also an events venue with a dining area and well-equipped bar.  Guests who are staying there are treated to a nice place to relax and unwind. The venue can be booked for both private purposes and for functions.
